CONFIDENTIALITY ABOUT THE ACQUISITION OF PERSONAL DATA

Law 675/96 fixes the rules to protect confidentiality of personal data. It gives limit to their usage and it states that personal data can only be disclosed should the party concerned give authorisation to do so.
“Il Respiro del Tempo” requires only data strictly necessary to register the reservations and send out information to the user. We guarantee the absolute confidentiality of these personal data and we commit ourselves not to hand over or disclose to anyone the collected data.
